Send an investor deck securely with NDA and encryption

Summary

Upload your deck to a Token room encrypted in the browser, turn on NDA if counsel wants it, and send investors one link plus the room password separately. Revoke when the round closes. You see opens and acceptances without giving folder access to your entire cloud drive.

Practical steps

Create a room named for the round. Upload PDF deck (and cap table, model, etc.). Enable NDA if required. Copy share link; send password via separate channel. Set expiry if the round has a deadline.

  • Use work email on NDA for identity
  • Restrict recipient emails if you have a fixed investor list
  • Revoke link after the round

Common mistakes to avoid

Sending password in the same email as the link defeats the purpose. Posting the link in a public Telegram. Leaving the room open indefinitely after the round closes.

Depends on counsel and stage. Token makes it optional per room.
Can investors download the deck?
Yes, after decrypt. Watermarked preview in-app; download is the original file.
