How it works
Create the room, organize files, share one link.
Create a room
Name it, set a password, turn NDA on or off. Encrypt files in the browser before they leave your machine.
Upload & organize
Group files into folders. Switch List or Canvas on manage. Files stay ciphertext; recipients never see owner controls.
Share one link
Recipients unlock (email → code when invited), then see docs in labeled categories. Watch opens and downloads — revoke anytime.
The payoff: you move the deal forward without giving anyone a map to the rest of your company — and you shut the door the moment the conversation changes.
Compare
How Token compares
One job: outsider access with encryption and a trail — not a whole drive, not enterprise VDR pricing games.

Use cases
Built for
Diligence & deals
Spin up a room for outsiders in minutes. When the deal moves on, revoke — no folder-permission cleanup across the org.
Law firms & counsel
Client materials, deal bibles, outside counsel packets: one bounded room instead of shared folders people forgot they had access to.
Consultants & fund ops
LP updates, portfolio asks, vendor reviews. Share what's needed; keep the rest of the workspace off the table.
FAQ
Straight answers
Where do files live?
Encrypted blobs on our storage (or your S3-compatible bucket). Plaintext stays in the browser; we never receive your room password.
Can someone else help manage a room?
Yes. Promote a contributor to co-owner. They sign in with their account and manage files, invites, and settings — without holding the raw owner key. They can't delete the room or change billing.
What happens when I revoke?
The room stops serving files immediately. Recipients can't decrypt new downloads. You can restore the room if the deal comes back.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not yet — we're early. We're upfront about architecture: client-side encryption, revocable links, and honest privacy language instead of compliance theater.
Ready to share files the right way?
Free plan, no credit card. Encryption happens in your browser before anything leaves your machine.
